1. Purpose and Educational Use
All products created by the author are provided solely for educational purposes. Any use of the products for commercial, unauthorized, malicious, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. Users acknowledge that the products are not intended for hacking, unauthorized access, or any other illegal activity.
2. Prohibited Use
Using any products of the author to access unauthorized computer systems, networks, or data, or to commit any illegal, unethical, or malicious acts, is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the license and may expose the user to civil and/or criminal liability.
3. No Liability / Disclaimer of Warranties
The author of all products is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any of the author’s products, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, data loss, system failure, or legal liability. Users accept full responsibility for their actions. Use of any products for any purpose other than educational purposes is at the user’s own risk.
4. No Modification, Debugging, or Reverse Engineering
Modification, debugging, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to bypass or alter any of the author’s products in any way is strictly prohibited. Any such actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
5. Distribution, Resale, and Piracy Restrictions
Unauthorized distribution, resale, posting, or sharing of any of the author’s products on any platform for piracy, cracking, warez, or illegal purposes is strictly forbidden. Violation will result in immediate license revocation and may lead to civil or criminal prosecution.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in all of the author’s products, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, remain the exclusive property of the author. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the products strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any other use constitutes infringement.
7. Termination of License
The author reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, or terminate the license at any time for violation of these Terms, unauthorized use, or any action deemed harmful to the author or the products.
8. Changes to Terms
The author reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of any of the author’s products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Support, Feedback, and Reporting
This page is intended solely for user reviews. Questions about functionality, bug reports, and feature requests must be submitted via the designated Issue system. While feedback is welcome, the author is not obliged to respond, implement, or act upon any suggestions.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using any of the author’s products, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Any use of products outside educational purposes or any illegal actions constitute a violation of these Terms. Users must immediately cease all use and uninstall the products if they do not agree.
11. Custom Development / Commissioned Work
Any software, script, utility, panel, or other product developed by the author on a commissioned basis is provided “as-is”. The author does not assume any responsibility for the client’s use, misuse, or distribution of any commissioned products. Clients acknowledge and accept that they are solely responsible for ensuring that commissioned products are used legally, ethically, and safely. The author shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the use of any commissioned product.
